A music video I made for Sweet Home Chicago by The Blues Brothers using clips from the 1980 classic musical comedy. This has always been one of my favorite films. The comedy, the music, the outlandish stunts with Aykroyd and Belushi in the middle of it all made them one of the great iconic duos. It pains me when I hear the speculation that an eventual sequel was talked about once the film became a box office hit - but then Belushi's premature death occurred. I would have loved to have seen how they would have continued the adventures of Jake and Elwood. Possibly it would have failed and had been a disappointing followup, unfortunately we'll never know. I still can't bring myself to watch Blues Brothers 2000. In my mind once Belushi died, so did the Brothers. Check out some of the responses and other musicians versions of the tune. I have downloaded the clip days after the tsunami hit, and when I realised it is not on YouTube, I decided to put it here for the world to see 2) The video is shot at Sunset Bay, by local Thais. It is evident from the recorded voices.
