Big L and Nas was both on columbia records. Nas signed to them around 92 and Big L was signed by them in 93 I think. So people ask is there any connection between them? Well they may not have done an official song together but there were signs that Nas had an influence on Big L. I try and show some history for both of them, and some links between a few songs. One of the things I forgot to add in this video was the connection between Nas' "Halftime" on Illmatic and Big L's "8 Iz Enuff". It nearly has the same beat, and similar rhymes.
