I then spent 3 days bussing around his favourite training haunts, places that sent Mestre Espirro wild with fury when he realised the danger I had apparently been in. Banzay's 2004 Muidinho Capoeira Showreel. Banzay is an expert at the intricate acrobatics of Mestre Suassunnas Miudinho. You see how Banzay's acrobatics are circular in nature and not linear like gymanstics. This allows them to be performed in a tight space (the roda de capoeira) without crazy run-ups and departure from the game in hand.
